1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cryptonic (CryptonicHub) trading platform, website and related services. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for confirming that using the platform is lawful where you live.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your login credentials confidential. One real-money account is permitted per person. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Services Provided

Cryptonic offers short-duration digital contracts on synthetic volatility indices and other markets, a free demo account with virtual funds, and wallet funding and payout services via M-Pesa and supported payment methods.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital contracts is speculative and carries a high level of risk. You may lose your entire stake on any single trade. Payout percentages shown before you confirm a trade are the maximum return for that trade and are not a guarantee of profit.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Set personal limits, take breaks, and never trade to recover losses. If trading stops being enjoyable or starts to affect your finances or wellbeing, stop and contact support to restrict or close your account.

6. Deposits

Deposits are credited to your wallet once the payment provider confirms them. The minimum deposit is shown on the deposit screen. Currency conversion uses the exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction. Any platform fee is disclosed before you pay.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to the M-Pesa number registered and confirmed on your account. To protect against fraud, the payout number cannot be changed without verification by our support team. Withdrawals require at least one successful deposit and completed identity checks where applicable.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional credits, where offered, are subject to the specific terms published with the promotion. Cryptonic may withdraw a promotion or void bonus credit obtained in breach of these terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for money laundering, use automated tools that exploit platform errors, open multiple real accounts, share accounts, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

10. Market Data Disclaimer

Prices, charts and scanner signals are provided for information only and may be delayed or interrupted. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice.

11. Trade Execution

A trade is executed at the price recorded by our servers when the order is accepted. Trades settle automatically at expiry. Cryptonic may void trades that result from an obvious pricing or system error.

12. Fees & Charges

Any fees applied to deposits, withdrawals or currency conversion are displayed before you confirm the transaction. Your payment provider or mobile network may charge additional fees that are outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptonic is not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform, including outages or delays caused by third-party providers.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail verification checks, or present fraud or security risks. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; remaining verified funds will be returned.

15. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC

To comply with anti-money-laundering obligations we may ask you to verify your identity with a government-issued ID and a selfie before withdrawals or above certain limits. Accounts that fail verification may be restricted.

16. Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to operate your account: contact details, payment identifiers such as your M-Pesa number, identity documents you upload, and trading activity. It is used to provide the service, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with payment providers, identity-verification partners and authorities where required by law. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to record-keeping obligations, by contacting support.

17. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Kenya unless applicable law provides otherwise.
